I personally had trouble first accepting my own vocals… I really wished I could have a beautiful jazzy woman’s voice singing this song. The second point was I didn’t feel I meshed in the ccmixter samples convincingly enough… I just got tired of it and tried to get it done by Halloween…. |

Like a disembodied jazz band at the gates of hell, playing for change next to a stand that sells candied eyeballs for 3 teeth a pop. I’d like to sit in and play a few notes on the trumpet for you!

Wow…this complete mix makes perfectly sense to me. I like everything. The piano run is stone cool and the extended trumpet work was worth everything.
And the fit of the vocals is stunning. Thanks for mixing my samples. :-) |
