Hi Speck & thanks for this. Yeah—I was surprised how this recording worked out. Basically I used a Sony digital voice recorder, set the mic sensitivity to “low”, placed the unit on my knee & jammed some stuff on the guitar. Seemed to me that the digital voice recorder automatically rolls off the low-end, so no need to EQ the acoustic guitar. It also saves the audio file as an MP3, making uploads easy.
