I very much like the musical ideas at work here - really, really good. I love the playfulness at work too with the change in the intro and end - very good idea.
There’s just one thing though - the vocals don’t feel as “present” as they could - maybe it’s a sound level thing or EQ; or the piano might be too loud - but the result is a bit of a disconnect. Either way - doesn’t matter, because this is a heck of a track. :) |

Thanks, colab! You know, I had similar thoughts about the vocals, but I wasn’t sure if I was imagining it or not; but, having heard that, I whipped up a slightly adjusted version and put it up here. Sound any better?

This is so good because there seem to be some diverse things going on. It’s upbeat and fairground-y at one level but it seems as if at any moment it could turn into something more sinister and nightmarish. Or maybe I’m off my rocker. I had a good time listening, anyway.

Ha Ha, this is great - Loads of fun to listen to. Those reggae chord prangs sound great and the drums are clear and fresh sounding.

Xanadu Magic.. dig them chords and change ups nice key work! Alot of Artists seem to be burning the midnight oil lately producing the Magic! Multi-Task!! Bravo!! Sweet Track!
