The community documentary has been in the making since May 2009 and involved nearly 100 individuals and volunteers. 48 GSK GlaxoSmithKline volunteer documentarians and 17 host families took a buddy walk of sorts and in coming together, shared and reflected honestly and openly about Down Syndrome - its truths, its myths, the transformations that it has required of families and those who journey with individuals with Down Syndrome, and the transformations that will continue to be required, from within and without.
