GarageBand '08.
Audacity for Mac.
Macbook Pro.
Samples I Used
Mostly from ccMixter.
The Guzheng, Erhu and asian drums are loops from GarageBand.
Process
Basically:
1) Used Audacity to change Gurdonark's samples.
2) Imported the converted tracks to GarageBand, and just let the muse loose.
Other Notes
Working with drone samples was pretty hard for me (maybe I'm in denial that I'm a drone, hahaha... sorry that was lame). Seriously though, the problem with drone/ atmospheric sounding samples was that they become more like background tracks in my mixes. I wanted to find a way to bring Gurdonark into the foreground too. This was the best I can do.
