ccMixter See What You've Done
This composition was built around the excellent Snowflake pell “Free Hearts”, a CC anthem of global proportion. As such, it was impossible not to reach out and touch an historical event.
I edited and rearranged the pell to fit the context. At least 95% of the original pell is included. I also added my own vocal at the end, which becomes the belated hook. (at least in my imaginary world) The title gives a nod to the old blues tune C.C. Rider; originally recorded by Gertrude “Ma” Rainey in 1924.

by wrenchbiscuit 2014 - Licensed under Creative Commons Attribution Noncommercial (3.0) Click here for how to give credit and other conditions. Editorial pickwrenchbiscuit’s powerful dystopian electronic post-blues remix of Snowflake sets up her Free Hearts pell in a dynamic way that illustrates exactly what ccmixter has done! Totally compelling. SackJo22
