Working with world-renowned-opera-singer David Robinson (originally from Mexico City, now in Vienna) on a version of Ave Maria has been an honor.
This Saturday, I’ll be presenting a workshop on music, octaves and culture….and hoping to play a mix of the stems from this project for those in attendance. This is a preview mix of the samples - David’s lead vocal, my stereo harmonies, David’s piano (some distortion on this track) and Wolf Sebastian’s cello tracks (available on his ccMixter page here: http://ccmixter.org/files/wolfsebastian/26322 ) Thanks to David for his beautiful voice.
