This one ran over the time limit, so the mix isn’t quite done.

The hook of this track is the 3 against 4 polyrhythm, and the way I use that to shift the ground under your feet.

In particular, the solo section starts off feeling the rhythm in 3, then jumps back to 4. The smart move would’ve been to record the solo itself in two separate chunks and cut them together, but I really wanted to play over the time change.

I did my best. Frankly, there wasn’t time for another take.
