Some of that good ol’ timey Post-Rock, like they made back when I was a young hipster. Right down to the big loud climax.

The funny thing is that I’d planned for this to be a more keyboard-centric week since I was going to take my guitar to the shop for some general maintenance (a belated christmas present), but since I didn’t get around to it, the guitar was still here, and the track wound up being very guitar-centric.

The whole thing is based on a 7/4 chord pattern, with the rhythm following a 4-3 pattern, so every other chord on the verses feels like it’s cutting off a beat early.
