After reading William McDonough’s book “Cradle to Cradle,” which is amazing at showing how we could reinvent the way we make things, it made me think a bit further into the future.

With all the rage of the current web services to use feedback as a means of generating useful improvements, I wondered if the next phase would be to actually work with users to anticipate future demand.

While feedback is important, it is unable to come from something that hasn’t existed yet. Hence the concept of “FeedForward,” anticipating future demand, which may be particilarly relevant for all the green lifestyle work.

I still would like to write stanzas for this piece, but this is a simple refrain that could work as a chorus of as a sample within other relevant work. Enjoy.
