Just come back from a much needed stay in rehab , which is literally for quitters. Changing bad habits, and after the painful but necessary shock treatment, it’s no longer called ECT but it’s much the same, I’m at peace. I still get a prescription, basically methadone and sleeping pills which the big drug companies keep toying with the formula to make more money- they make customers not cures, sad fact of life. Yet disturbed sleep patterns will cause psychosis and with a virtual civil war going on in England at present, rather like Churchill running the Absolute camp requires a lot of calmers just to stay sane.

Still, it’s at least calm in the middle of the storm even though we’re pretty much under house arrest, and we’ve got our family and friends and a well equipped and recently refurbished home studio in a standard 3 bedroom family home. So no worries.
