I have always tried not to have regrets. The past can never be changed, the actions good or bad are now set in stone. We must make the best of them. If we are of a mind we can try to retrace our footsteps and rekindle the ashes of our indecisions into small embers of hope.

Admiral Bob over the years has produced some outstanding music, both with his guitar work and with his vocal offerings and for me this has to be one of his greatest uploads.

The pella has been rephrased and a few notes repitched to make it sit on an existing backing track that lay confused in the corner, waiting for some kindly words to wrap themselves around it.
