Multiple repetitions of the universal tone “Om” as in the word “home”, sometimes attributed to an “8th chakra” outside the physical body, as in several inches above the top of the head. This sound is also sometimes said to be like the “mother” of all sounds, the creative force of the universe. Any question why it could be so powerful to tone “Om”?
