Relaxation Tip - Become More Aware of Your Body

As a direct component to healing, relaxation is one of the best things we can do for ourselves. This tip includes a simple exercise to help you become more aware of your body in general so you can know how relaxed it is or isn’t and how you may improve it. There is also a video of the visualization exercise in this step.
