This is the first and opening track of the “Broken Rites EP”.

“Oasis of Light” opens the release in a world of heat, emptiness, and blinding beauty. Between desert imagery, longing, and mirage, the track introduces a light that does not save, but seduces — and draws its power from exactly that tension.

The release was created in an iterative process with AI support, but the final output is predominantly original work - especially in sound design, synth work, rhythm, arrangement, structure, and final refinement. The artificial voice is used intentionally as part of the aesthetic concept, rather than as a stand-in for a conventional vocal performance. Also, quite frankly, we did not have a real vocalist available.

The result is a four-part work about longing, inner darkness, damaged grace, and the final act of laying down the mask.
