oh i love the chords, the rhythm track and the instrumentation. i imagine you had to do some serious editing on the vocal to get it to fit properly! i like how you credited a hook out of the final little vocal section and have used it throughout. the string section is divine. the transition into/the middle section with Haskel’s guitar is brilliant. man dude. you are incredible! this is absolutely beautiful. thank you so much for remixing me!

Thanks. Now that I’ve worked with it so closely I can really appreciate the vocal track…I think it is absolutely amazing. Might be my favorite performance of yours ever!
I’m happy with the guitar manipulation I did with a Haskel sample and some other guitar samples but I went ahead and sent him the tracks in case he wants to take a stab at playing something to it. I sent the tracks to Admiral too. Sometimes I work on something and I’m happy with it, but I think I gotta learn to make it more of a collaboration instead of a solo remix effort. |

Ha! I didn’t listen to the other mixes of Motherless’ because I knew someone would do a killer mix which would send me off to a corner to sulk :)
So now I have my mix, I’m listening to others and this one is definately my favourite…so much so I just remixed it ;) ..a remix of a remix :D |
