Did you know that our blood has the same salinity as the ocean? We crawled to the outside while carrying the ocean inside.

Beautiful and delicate framework around the vocal.
Is there something going on with your de-esser?

“…something going on with your de-esser?

Is there such a thing as a lisp preset?
It is kind of distracting. But interesting, in that I’ve never heard it before and it makes me wonder how it happens.

You are both absolutely right. It’s the new Add Lisp effect from……

Many thanks for pointing this out. (Hangs head in shame!!)

I have replaced the file and Snowflake has come round from the operation with no side effects!!

For those who may wonder this is why it happened.

Firstly the vocal has quite a bit of sibilence in it and also a lot of plosives. To fix this I put the vox through Melodyne and used the sibilence tool to sort them out. So far so good but I admit I was a little heavy handed. Then to deal with the “T” plosives I used Izotopes D-Click plugin but set the sensitivity far too high so it started to cut into the whole word. With the Melodyne adjustments this combined to give Snowflake the lisp.

I did hear it but thought it was on the vocal (Sorry Snowflake!!!)

Thanks again for reminding me you are never too old to learn something
