RAWK!! Great meat and potatoes rockin’. The whole recording has a great analog-saturation tone, like a speaker about to blow.

Great stuff. Wish it had gone on twice as long. :)

Great track, Loveshadow! Reminds me much of Iggy Pop. I can see him singing this in about 1970. Rolling in glass with his shirt off and throwing peanut butter at the crowd.

Ha , he’s more famous now for his Car Insurance commercials here than his music.

Yes…. I heard “Lust for Life” on a commercial and was just floored.

The BT is one of 10 cues I did in the style of U2, The Killers ect for a major USA film company. After about a month of work, additions and remixes some suits said they were not ` rocky ’ enough for what they wanted. Ce La Vie ?

If i can find the rest I’ll put some more up.

i feel y a - i lost a decade of my life trying to adjust songs to the schizophrenic direction of the entertainment companies in LA. “we want something more intimate, acoustic” - so i’d tack that direction. after months of that, “you’re much more powerful with a rockin’ band behind you” and so rocked out for a while and then “people really just want to hear you and your voice and lyrics.”

i think they just enjoy ping ponging us around - makes them feel powerful and in control. finally, i said (to quote project question) “F*** em”.

What IS happening now…I’m getting daily requests for commercial licensing for specific songs. That is a different game. Let’s chat?

Yeah, this is solid, rocking awesomeness. Seems like it would be a perfect, attention-getting intro to an album…
