Great writing and spirited reading. This is a good example of why poetry should be read aloud. Full marks boys, full marks.
Guess I won’t be having to navigate to Radio 4 so much anymore to get my dose of English accents ;-). |

a wonderful evocative version of Anchor’s words. i’ve heard this done w/ several different accents. this one gives it the dignity & hope it deserves.
