Hello.

I’m an amateur remixer and producer who started his career over on Real World Remixed ( Here). I’ve been mixing since August of 2006, and I’m really enjoying it.

I’m also producing tracks under the alias of Wakesleeping here on CCM. These tracks have a much more progressive breaks/progressive feel than my usual output.

I’m a prolific mixer, but as a rule I don’t mix lossy files. That is, I don’t ever use mp3 or ogg quality files. WAV, AIFF or FLAC only here. FLAC preferred of course.

If I sample something you’ve done, don’t always expect to recognize it in the final mix. One of the most common things I do to samples is “mutate” them by applying extreme effects such as tempo shifts or even sampling something at a basic waveform level.

I’m now also doing work under the alias of Wakesleeping. The mixes under that name are very danceable and generally uplifting progressive breakbeat tunes.
