Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and mine
he paid the price to save your life
his life for mine

Jesus volunteered to hang on the cross
for your sins and mine

God the father unclothed His only Son of the Glory
creating a seed to live and breath
become someone you and I can see
a model of how our life should be, truly free

free from sin , free to choose righteously
free to praise, free to worship His Holy Name
free to receive forgiveness of our sin

Jesus Christ paid the price
Jesus died on the cross
Not for his shame
but for yours and mine

Jesus died on the cross
for your sin and mine
God the father unclothed His only Son
so you wouldn’t have to pay your price for your sin

Jesus died on the cross
to save you from an eternity of pain,
no rain, no sun no shine, no relief, no blood, no freedom
God raised Jesus from Death, Hell and the Grave that you might be saved
Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and mine.
