I was inspired to add some ambient music/sound to aid in the meditation contributed by SackJo. Some “ahum” is cycling at 8 Hz (Deep Alpha range) and some beautiful ambient wind chimes are being pushed with some synth sounds to take you on a Meditative Journey with your guide SackJo.
