Worship the Rage es una banda Bogotana de Metalcore.

Worship the Rage nació como un proyecto Noisegrind de Esteban Hernández “Slowdeath”, Augusto Beltrán “ABC” y Manuel Rojas “Darthfreak”; la banda inicialmente se llamó EAT SHIT y rápidamente lanzó dos EP gratis por internet y se dio a conocer por medio del sitio MySpace.

Cuando se encontraba entre nuestros planes grabar nuestro primer LP, sobrevinieron tres miembros al grupo, dandonos una presencia más neutra, puesto que fueron tres mujeres: Camila Ordóñez “Skyrunner”, Valentina González “NESGirl” y Alejandra Rojas “Elephangal”, y el cambio de rumbos del sexteto ocurrió cuando Slowdeath dio a conocer una mezcla de Roses for the Dead en un formato con Chiptunes en lugar de guitarras. Fue entonces cuando la banda decidió ser un proyecto más serio, yéndose por el lado Metalcore, Deathcore y/o Mathcore.

Worship the Rage was created as a Noisegrind project by Esteban Hernández “Slowdeath”, Augusto Beltrán “ABC” and Manuel Rojas “Darthfreak”; the band was initially called EAT SHIT and quickly presented two free EP in internet, and made public by the site MySpace.

When we planned to record our first LP, then came three new members to the band, giving us a “more neutral presence”, cause they were three women: Camila Ordóñez “Skyrunner”, Valentina González “NESGirl” and alejandra Rojas “Elephangal”, and then the genre became other. Then the band decided to be a Metalcore/Deathcore or MAthcore band.
