Drum kit samples and Studio Strings are probably on a "do not distribute as a sample "sampled instruments" - but other than that it's digital synthesizers - so those are open game for any type of copyleft.

Process
Arranging is a pain, I did this remix together with a trance remix I was doing, and I had to find just the right notes, to move this song from E-Major to C-Minor sound, with a flex onto verboten notes in the key.
Biggest pain was that logic no longer suppors 1/64th note grids directly so cutting vocals and making drum ramps was a guessing game.
Other Notes
This was a fast one, I wish I had more time to work on the main chorus.
