Samples I Used
The listed mixter samples, as well as two of my own samples.
Original Samples
I created one sample using Fleximusic Generator, which allows me to define sounds and morph them a bit. I used the "temple bell".
I recorded my own voice, and used Slicer to create a choral effect.
Process
I flanged, echoed and time-stretched the samples liberally, except for the Zikweb underpinning. I added the Zikweb piece to underpin what had hitherto been a pure ambient-with-field-recording track.
Other Notes
The dilemma for me was whether to add the beats or leave it more ambient. I decided to put in the beats, to add a bit more variation to the piece.
