Original Samples
I did not create original samples. This track is just a little bit loopology. Logic lesson from me to myself.
Process
First I haunted a guitarriff. Drum. Cymbal. Bass. I choped Colin's spoken word 'pella. I created the structure of the song. I added organ loops, mandolin and pedal steel. Finally thebackground vocal.I played with panorama. Mixing. Mastering.
Other Notes
I don't think of Lou Reed. But I like the country. Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Emilou Harris etc. Nashville Skyline is a title of early Bob Dylan LP. IMHO this is my best spoken word track...
Nota bene: "Paradise is egsactly like, where are you right now, but much much better."
