mofnous manages to take a hard acapella here, and subdue it, mixing in melancholy chords and laid back rhythms. Very nice remix that stands out, and an excellent first post on CCMIXTER!

A smooth, jazzy vibe from Shagrugge. A masterful display of how to take samples from someone else and make them your own.

simple and great, teru nearly slipped this one by me.
minimal beat and bass that addicts you to the mix of acradian spoken word, and trumpet,

A jazzy transformation of the original best describes this swinging head nod number. Simple, yet highly effective instrumentation that totally brings a new interpretation to the lyrics, especially the hook. The cliched video shoot “subway scene” is in order here.

Thumpin, bumpin, fresh sounding mix with just a touch of the edgy guitars and lots of heart all over it. This genre buster has rock, funk, hiphop all living together in sweet harmony.

Jazzy, funky, deep and very, very well produced. This tracks captures the essence of the jazz/hip hop fusion and doesn’t really sound sampled!!!! In my mind, I’m in a smoke filled, hole in the wall upper room enjoying a drink or two and tripping on the fact that I didn’t know Teru had dreadlocks!!!!! :)

Slick production on a hip hop oddessy through the Ms. Vybe mindscape. A perfectly serious interpretation of what could be considered a light hearted rap.
