Wow. Please take this the right way, but this is almost not pleasant. Almost.

But then there’s that bloody addictive hook - the crazy near disharmonic pad chords, the borderline overdone reverbs - and for some reason I’m bobbing my head, glued to the end.

Great illbient-with-a-dance-beat version. Very good work.

ah yes the nearly unpleasant genre… I often return to it for comfort, I’ll have to add that genre tag to my future mixes ;). Thanks for listening/reviewing.

I think I can understand where Colab is coming from in his comments.

It does have that slightly disjointed feel but that’s what makes it sound so good.

Not sure if this was your intention but thats the way it sounds to me and its better for it!

I think this works as a collage, not too experimental, but irritating enough not to call it pleasant in a conventionell way.
Daring mix that has an exciting overall mood and sound.
Dig these “humanvoice” pads!

I so dig this weird vibe! Amazing work in my opinion!

It’s “experimental” but yet the elements meld very well together and there’s definitely a strong and addictive vibe to it. I’d love to be able to do such stuff!
