Heres the pell from my collab with Alex Beroza “ Butterflies from the Inside”.
Heaps of fun singing in a low register but difficult to maintain for any length of time. Quite breathy between the phrases, but the breaths are to the offbeat @ 90BPM. Could have taken them out but what the heck, BW was pretty breathless at times. Again I’ve uploaded the wet and dry versions. Here’s the words; I know you’ve been crying darling Wipe those tears from your eyes I got something to say The lights are on but theres no one home she looks away from her safety zone She’s inside out don’t talk about the way things were forever now She’s in too deep no friends to keep but winters come along theres no time to sleep ummm don’t you know baby ummm we better hold on tight Don’t you say maybe And I’m just leaning back for the ride I’m feeling your butterflies from the inside I know some men would try to hide the way they feel about you lover but I just can’t try I tell myself that I could lie the way I feel about your needs Oh woman don’t you cry Don’t walk away, lay down and stay to taste your need I’m feeln your butterflies from the inside ummm don’t you know baby ummm you better hold on tight Don’t you say maybe And I’m just leaning back for the ride I’m feeling your butterflies from the inside I know some men would like to hide the way they feel about you girl but they just can’t try You tell yourself I know they lie the way they feel about your needs Oh woman please don’t you cry Don’t walk away, lay down and stay I taste your need I’m feeln your butterflies from the inside
