Ok I found a pattern. When I (don’t know if this applies to anyone else) click on "Quote" to respond to a comment it usally comes out blank. If I "Post Reply" instead there seems to be no problem. So I guess what I’m saying is I won’t use the "Quote" button anymore. No biggie.
