I haven’t tried it but it looks a cool toy.

Suprised I didn’t see Planet CCRMA mentioned in that link… It’s a great collection of RPMs for building a DAW on Redhat/Fedora. Lot’s of great open source audio and video software. Compiled and packaged, ready for you to use…

Most everything uses JACK (a Rewire like system) for software I/O, so it’s all connected.

It even comes with custom realtime kernels..

Sound & MIDI Software For Linux is my favourite site for linux sound stuff.

also, i am currently working on a gpl licensed dj soundwall application in tcl/tk which i can email to anyone who wants it.

i am looking for a place to host it. i should try sourceforge, but i can’t work up the energy right now.
