The guitar part is almost always a terrific fit, and is so lovely on its own, it would be lovely to just sit and listen to alone.

This is great in all its simplicity. I’ve always loved that pella and your backing guitar is perfect for it.

All you need is a perfect microphone.
I worked a lot on the vocal track.
Did you ever try a Yeti USB?
You won’t believe what you hear!
(yes I own one)

I have a Yeti USB mic as well and love it! But I have to ask, did you record your guitar parts through the Yeti? I couldn’t help comparing your recording to my classical guitar recordings I’ve made using the Yeti (like this one) and yours sound so much better! Do you have some fancy mic placement tricks? What effects did you use? Any other tips to get your sound?

Quote: Clarence Simpson But I Did you record your guitar parts through the Yeti?

No I didn’t.
This Yeti is absolutely fantastic for vocals but not for guitar recording.
For my recordings I use one (or two) cheap condenser mic :a Prodipe A1.You can’t go wrong with it for nylon string recording.
Steel string? Another story, I don’t like what I get with them.

Hmmmm, you are too kind.
This chord progression is not very difficult to play.
Thanks a lot.
