nice grooves and ambiance man!

I really like the way the brush kit works with the hard bass and the horns whilst traditional in one way still have a contemporary sound that fit into the mix very well.

Have to disagree with you on the engineering! Don’t beat yourself up. Sounds fine to me!

Production is excellent, and the choppy loop feel works beautifully.

The horn section is a perfect fit with the vocals (“baby was crying”) - but I am having a hard time connecting the piano with the vocals. The verse works much better in the second half when the piano is muted.

But I like enough about this to say this:

This is a great groove FS, menacing and upbeat simultaneously! Also love the trumpet my favourite instrument besides voice. But, for me the trumpet is very similar to voice. Well done this is well good! L

Like the way u conceived this, As Colab, Im not ver sure about the piano in the first verse, I would have use a “tape” effect for the piano… but that’s me..
