One of the first mails i sent to you was about your ability to do this kind of mix. You played it down saying it was easy in Acid or whatever but its not.
You have a skill for blending sound thats very refined. Its like walking thru a gallery into different rooms and seeing works all on a connnected theme. tHe maN in bLack is bAck ! |

Wow - I know its hard to make something entirely out of loops and also make it sound like it isn’t….
great craftsmanship…and that “say what?” vocal is a nice humorous element. |

damn — you set the bar way too high to kick off this incarnation of the secret mixter! This is so musical, smooth and well integrated. Frighteningly good!

“hello, my name is fourstones and i’ll be your teru guide….”
Fluid with a capital F. the overall syncopation has a very teru feel to it as well. cause you’re really really weird. the meltdown bridge into teru’s voiceover has a cool grindhouse feel to it. you do more than justice to the king. ![]() |

And you were worried :-). Like everyone else said fluid and flawless and fun…and Fourstones :-).
Not bad for a nomad with a shabby laptop :-). Course it helps to have the goods to work with :-). |

Thanks to everybody for giving me a Really Big Swelled Head. As many of you have pointed out - I was working with the best source material on the site.

awesome mix V. If only porchcat were around to see what the secret mixter concept has become!
|
.
As a point of clarification, last I heard Porchcat was locked up abroad in a Turkish prison for attempting to smuggle exotic plants in his trousers.
This is pure rumor and unsubstantiated speculation, but would explain his lack of logging into the site…as Wi-Fi access in Turkish prisons is known to be spotty at best. |

LS already said it and it really sounds like another version of “pictures of an exhibition” from Mussorksky, beamed in the 21st century of course. Stunning and amazing remix!
