the sounds are good, i like the autopan and hornz really work. the clarity of the mix is superb as usual. the rythm guitars are good. i found the fusion interesting.

whos playing guitars, are they sampled??

I’m afraid I played them originally.
For this mix I cut them all up to make it sound as ‘sampled’ as possible ;) |

i suspected that! you are a talented man.. except that you can tell they aren’t just random samples!

Waooo.. Silvia O in D minor.. great class. Rich idea and, at last, cool to hear you again. Cool to hear your guitar and your delicate “touch”. Nice track, very cool atmosphere, ideal for this very early morning…Pleasant way to wake up..thanks..

Love the classical parts in the intro and those guitar parts later in the mix. Highlight reel stuff. I’m assuming those are from two of the original remix ideas you were working on.
… I remember albums ;-) |

This is pretty cool Vic…
I love the funk and classical mixture. It has a 70’s soul vibe on certain parts. |

Very cool on how you switch up the groove. Sweet strings and a touch of some drums, and then the funk. Nice!!! Your Guitar work along with the Horns, So Flippin Cool!!!!!

Damn … cut up and sampled classical … and not just for puttin hits on beats either … in an orchestral context.
You don’t hear that too often. Here I was frustrated that my orch sounds are cheesy as hell, and never even *thought* to use samples like that. Damn … now I’ve got some ideas! THX! |
