Fantastic energy in this one, Paul. Very good song for car driving. This is the sort of music that helps you being the first one to hit the pedal when the traffic light turns green.

I totally get where you’re going with the backing track on this one - it’s top notch - but I have to say that I don’t get the timing of the pella at all - to my ears it sounds like the BPM is perfectly synched, but that the timing is off.

Then again, it could be that I have such a specific idea in mind after having worked on it myself and heard it so many times - but I just can’t shake it here.

Terrific backing track though. Love it.

Thanks Colab,

Don’t know what to say about the timing of the Pella really. I suppose it’s all down to psychoacoustics. I did slow the Pella down from 150bpm to 140bpm and I made a slight cut of about a quarter of a beat after the middle eight. Listening again today to me it sounds right but that’s just down to the way I hear it.

Love the indie guitar sound blended with a bit of country-rock. man!
Could you post the guitar as well as the BT? Pretty please?

What a blast of energy! I wish I was listening to this at the begining of my day, instead of the end of my day because it makes me want to jump up and down!

agree with colab, the backing track is excellent but the pella sounds like it needs to move forward or back to get in sync

Thanks airtone,

As I’ve said to Colab the timing on the Pella is just down to me and the way I hear it.
When I played along with it at 150bpm to me it was just too hectic.

Wow - a fantastic blast of energy, as Per says! I’d love to be driving fast along a country lane with this at full volume (how the farmers would love me) with something nice at journey’s end. A cup of coffee with you? xxxx

Thanks Ciggi

Let me know when you want coffee and I’ll clear some sheep of what passes for a road round here.

You now this is very good…but just tell me something… How did u get with the idea of the harmonica? And did u play it ur self? For me that harmonica was like a cherry in the top of a frozen lemonade!
