Damn, Mr ‘Born! I’m listening & I see your mix of ‘Eyes Emerge’ is NOT a fluke! Wow. Are you playing most of the music? It sounds to be too perfect a match to be mostly samples! Damn, you’re good. It’s guys like you, Loveshadow, etc., etc., (YOU FOLKS KNOW WHO YOU ARE…HAHAH!!!) that got me diggin’ through my stacks of older songs! Well done indeed! You definitely get the

i appreciate it man, and actually i really appreciate everyone’s replies to this song, you guys are awesome. i’ve made so much music that just sits because i hate how it comes out, it’s very encouraging to read all your replies.
i do play everything in some form or another, the guitars/bass are live through a pod but the drums are all samples. anything that’s not a guitar is just done on my cheapo midi controller. by all means keep uploading songs man, you have a lot of talent. |

Nice to meet you, mr. Sleeperspaceborn. My impression about your tune: It’s made to put on the radio! the melodic bed for the catchy voice of calendargirl fit so nice…I would be glad if you could listen to my version of another song of her…about monkeys, miracles and trampolines, I think. Hope you enjoy the trip!

Just a great great track.
I have been listening to the calendar girl stems for a while now with a view to a mix but you made it complete. Drums sound fab Really well done LS |

Great. Clever use of the two a capellas, works very well. Sounds completely right with the vocals, very musical but not too obtrusive.

Great work. Really seems like the vocal was made for it.
Not my style in the slightest, but beautifully made. |

Whoah there.
That’s incredible. Rockin’ Drums, bad ass guitar work, great composition, incredible production, tight mastering. Completely professional. this should be ed picked, for real! ;-) |

Your mix was pure perfection. Great drums. I love the track I felt like they were made for each other. Great Job.

really suprising, innovative work. i love the attention you gave to both melody lines to bring them together. and i think you are very sucessfull in the backing track - that mid-tempo rock thing is one of the hardest things to get right and you deliver it with total conviction. great stuff. i’ve added this to both the ‘OCT’ and ‘FEB’ playlists on csongs. all best. cgx
