Another session I can’t remember, I really need to give up the booze.
Great use of the track.

Thanks.

Yes that would be the best solution, although not necessarily recommended by your doctor.

A joy to meter out, you always line up to the grid so perfectly.
Thanks for some great music

Great song, watch out though your backing vocalist will pinch your job.

I know that! I had a very beautiful girl on the tram each morning for a very long time, and the day I got courage to say hello…she was gone.

Thanks for the dedication, man!!

Just so I don’t forget to mention it, that new backing girl of yours has a divine voice and the deluxe reverb/delay or whatever on her voice is so Boz Scaggs backing vocals 1973 ubercool.

The lyrics are absolutely charming and so romantic . I kept smiling throughout the whole song.

The exquisite clear and dynamic production really lifts the song up to DS standards.

Brill job, Scombs!

PS. My boss gave me a new BMW this summer (it’s completely true, hello financial crisis!) so I don’t use public transport so much nowadays. Also I must admit I’m a bit afraid of catching the Swineflu in the subway… On the positive side, I’ve noticed that a few eyebrows behind fake Pradas have been raised as I step out of my BMW…

Cheers!

Thanks Per, I’m not one for public transport either but on the few occasions it is certainly entertaining (the people watching that is, read ehem…perv).
Though I don’t think “knot down to my loins” is entirely romantic.
Thanks for the review mate, stay cool in the BMW.

Agree, there might be a few lines that don’t qualify as romantic. But the overall theme, as such, is a good synopsis for a feelgood movie script.

Oh I adore it when you do romantic, Scombers (and so do the girls in your South West London fan club). I enjoyed the story so much I read the words as you sang them, rather than jumping ahead to see what would happen. I still think Monique might find out and bite your bum! Love this one. xxxx

Really smooth mix. That’s all I have to say (OK will add one more: your vocals sound much smoother of late)
