I only ask because it seems impossible to clearly isolate the lyrics/speech from the background sounds. I also had trouble discerning the speech — would you be able to transcribe it?

But when I go to the submit page I see the following text in the “Submit Samples” section: “You are not authorized to submit this type of file at this time, most likely because you have met the quota for this type of submission”. Not sure how to do that.
