I listened again at higher volume—some wonderful additions and touches. The extra drums and the organ are great, and the bass fills out the bottom end nicely. The overall mix is great—good distribution across the spectrum and with crystal-clear sounds (the acoustic guitar cuts through nicely). And using the two vocal “takes” is a neat idea. And so thanks again—a really great mix that sounds like “Christmas” too!

Thanks Javolenus,
I’m using really cheap hardware, like self-built speakers and free plugins, to make these remixes in my home… and it’s great that they sound decently on other people’s equipment too.
Have a nice Christmas!

There are many professional artists here on ccmixter and Javolenus is one of them. It’s easy and fun to work with their things.
Thanks again Snowflake.
