As a child my Mother wanted me to have tap dance lessons. The first lesson was free. At the end of the lesson the teacher informed my Mother that it would be better to find something else for me to learn as it was very clear that my talents definitely had nothing to do with the dancefloor.

Funny how a mix can bring a memory back.

Nice work!

Blowing the roof off - immersed in warm sounds, surrounded by Kaer’s delicious vocals…a wonderful secure sounding mix and that cello really adds a nice touch!

Very polished, I like the changes under the vox; there’s something very 80’s about this to me. Also, I suddenly have a craving for paella ;-)

Thanks duckett, I can assure you, that “la paella” is a delicacy of gods.

I have been off-line for a week, and wow, I think this is cool. I was excited that you used both the remix AND the pella (that rarely happens) and I thought the re-employment of the stomachache strings was clever (sample on sample action). All the poly-rhythmic decisions and the bass leading to that early 80s dance club feel is just awesome.

I´m glad you like the mix.
Now I´m working on “Rescue me”.
In a few days uploading my vision of the song.

Thanks for listening and review.
The percussion is based on “bulerias”, a flamenco rhythm.
The drums of chorus is a mixture with the loop original of Kaer and a house loop of my library.
