The melody has a really retro mellotron vibe which reminds me of early Emerson, Lake and Palmer, except without so much squeal in the electronics.

The rhythmic beat is a bit virtual for me, but it’s a clever idea—a bit more variation in the early part might work better.

The melody adapts well to this electronic treatment.
I like the little backing sections as well.

The bit of raucous disconnect in the electronica does not always serve the piece, but I can understand why you’d want to avoid too clean and sterile a sound.

I’d like to hear this melodic keyboard run tied to something more varied and energetic, but this was an interesting listen.

Thanks gurdonark for your review.
I’m not really a remixer, and I’m sure this track could be the starting point for a more professional remix.
The structure is intentionally simple, according to the original version. I just added the B part to obtain an ABA structure.

Will be nice to see (and hear) someone else working on this material. I’m packing a zip archive and I’ll publish it soon in the sample area.

Very nice work. The Drums kind of have that Kraftwork feel to them.
