Totally trip me out. I love the way the different vocal tracks weave in and out of each other. The beat makes it much more interesting, texturally and sure gives me something to think about.

Your comment about Sade and Annie Lennox thrills me to the bone.

And the name “Left Home mix” is perfect.

Thanks for the great song to remix- and the nice words don’t hurt, either ;-)

Love the drums you added. Like it was said before ” love the way the different vocals weave in and out.
Really nice touch Duckett.

Thanks J- this tune just kinda reached out and grabbed me; and plus, that “The Holly and The Ivy” pella had been getting impatient with just hanging around my hard drive;-)

yea, this is great track - I really love where this ends up around halfway through and I’m hooked. The dissonant english horn thing (?) is a little forced maybe because the groove and atmospherics is plenty discordant.

Glad you liked! Not sure what you mean by the “dissonant english horn thing”, but maybe I did overindulge in trying to reinforce the title from a production point-of-view ;-)

Oh, wait… I bet you mean the fake MIDI alto stuff at the end…
That was my version of “camera pulls slowly away from final scene, focuses on completely unrelated scene to indicate end of movie before credit roll”. Heh.

Powerful atmosphere, someone should make the feature film to go with it ;)

Thanks Ross- I’ll give Ridley Scott a call after breakfast, I’m sure he’s not busy ;-)

In my review of romancito´s mix, I make mention about production. You´ve managed to. Excellent mix duckett.

This is really great and the feel of the piece is wonderful.

My only complaint (apart from me bad back!) is that I felt it had a few too many sounds in it that made it a little too complicated.

Now I know for ME to say that is rich but its how I feel at this moment in time!

However it did not stop me earholes having a lovely time.

Thank You!!

Well RT, ‘twouldn’t be the first time I’ve been accused of trying to squeeze breakfast, lunch, and dinner into a mere lunchbox, as it were; so you may have a point ;-)
Glad you liked anyway!
