I don’t know if this is particularly good or bad, but I could listen to it repeat for half an hour or so, so that might make it good. Or bad. Your call.

It was more something like after lunch and later towards midnight. But feel free to adopt this approach. It’s a long-honoured and most enjoyable technique. :)
