Welcome to the site, and thanks for the work u did. Just so u know, I am the most critical, yet, most honest person here…I don’t intentionally try to put people down, I just try to keep it real…The vocals don’t seem synced up completely. It would be a much better remix if they were. The vocals are also too low in the mix.

I would also prefer that u use Ms.Vybe instead of my actual first name! Thanks!

Thats strange cuz i didnt edit the vocals at all. I implemented them exactly the way i downloaded them. No beatmapping/pitching etc. If they’re out of sync/ too low…then theres something wrong with the original file. Do you by chance know the exact BPM of the song? i thought it was 135, another guy thought it was 134. If you know that, its pretty easy to tighten things up.

cheers

It’s either sync’d or not.

unfortunately: MP3s can drift. The BPM in the case of some of the longer pells are just guides, not religion. You still have to use your ears and make adjustments.

I did a lot of mash ups/remixes up to now. But i have never experienced this problem before. You either rap to a beat or you dont. But if you do you can note the exact bpm. Now its like ‘synced-unsynced-synced’ I dont get how this could happen unless the song was pasted together from various parts, or the rap is off-beat…

really, mp3s drift, get over it and line up your vocals.

If you would actually read what i had to say and didnt just do your ’ i ‘m a cool dj act’ maybe you could actually help. I ‘m not asking for some theory about mp3s drifting. I ‘m asking if anyone knows the exact or nearly exact bpm, so i can get to work on redoing the vocals. Cuz if i keep it on the curtrent bpm the stretching would totally mess up the vocals, i ‘m affraid.
