When you finished the track and render it to an audio file you also mix down the different musical parts separately as an audio file. For example: the bassline, the drums, the lead melody, the strings, percussion, etc. These are called “Stems” More on wikipedia

Then, when you submit your work, you first upload the whole song as a preview. After the upload is complete a form appears on the page where you can add more files.
Then you upload the stems. (Select “sample” as type) For easy upload it is best you first pack them together in a zip-file.

Other artist then can make remixes of your work. Which in turn will lead more listeners to your work as they follow the attribution link. As for now, your work is in the sample section. People go there to find samples that they can remix.
