For clean up, I use FL Studio Edison or ZeroX Beat Quantizer. My poor man’s mono approach to pitch correction is GSnap for slight correction/alignment and FL Studio Edison for manual pitch correction using pitch analysis on mono audio and correct using pitch shift as needed.

You can smooth them out a little and the music hides some of them. I try to find words that are repeated and replace them and even syllables too. You can download the free version too . It lasts 10 secs at a clip. The new one does multiple notes!

I also stretch, repositions and pitch change words, phrases and syllables to effect a feel. FL Studio’s Edison has a Noise Removal Tool built on iZotope RX technology that removes background noise (tonal or broadband) from a sample, repairs clipped samples and removes clicks from samples. Work wells in some situation.
