Ooh, tres chill. Very nice. I’m definitely going to download the stems (I put a couple up from my last upload too by the way if you’re interested, also reason). And thanks for the links, I’ll be using those too. I got a smile out of the ‘run away’ theme on this one, my last upload being of the ‘don’t run away’ variety.

I’m sure it was true when you wrote it, but then inspiration struck and you created and uploaded a track in two minutes.

Wouldn’t surprise me, you know.

Re: links - definitely check out peff’s site. His book is also really really good if you’re into the sound engineering side of reason.

Thanks for the thumbs up and for leaving a review. Always very nice to read.

OK, listen, you’re a maestro. This is an extremely cool track - clear as crystal, cool as ice. True, the vocals are excellent, but you nailed the arrangement perfectly.

Hahah - as if I need my head to get any bigger. Thanks though - that’s nice to read. :)

Glad you mentioned the vocals - they’re really in a class all of their own - clear, pitch perfect and with a hell of a groove.

Thanks for listening and leaving a comment.

This is so cool. Have you been drinking red wine again? The kind of slightly distorted drumming is very clever and the crystal clear production is divine. Also, never heard this pella before, what a pleasant discovery.

Re: wine - not for this track, but your timing is good. Just cracked open a bottle of Masi Campofiorin. The seasons are changing and I’m finding myself going from white to red. Will be interesting to see what that will do to the music.

Re: pella - definitely check GoN out. I have a feeling you can do some beautiful work with his vocals.

Totally gorgeous. I could write all the odd things this makes me feel but you’d just think I was a nutter. xxxx

Too late for that - I made my mind up about that quite a while back. :)

Thank you though. Very nice to hear.

Dude. That’s terrible. That means it’s downhill for me from now on - I can never live up to that. :)

Thanks for the thumbs up.

Good track.

The vocals are standing in the middle, trhe music is accompaiging well. what I like most, is your cat “mieow” synth sound. Sometimes a song is nice just because of a special sound like here but the rest is very nice too.

Thanks. I can often feel the same way. This track was definitely driven by the sounds - the whole synth sequence/sound scape was created first and set the tone for the rest of the elements.

Glad you liked.

Sorry - can’t do that. The bassline is a REX loop by Kurt Kurasaki and although it’s free to use (with the proper credit given), I couldn’t repost what’s essentially a transposed loop.

I don’t normally use instrumental loops, but this bass is just so good. :)

Hmm. My favourite peanut butter kind has big chunks of peanuts in them. Go figure. :)

Thanks Scott - both for listening and for leaving a comment.

I hear it again and again. It is always better better. Do you even know what you’ve created? If this were a CD. I would buy them. I hope more such titles. I’m going to play a saxophone. You can install it if you like … Jurgen

Well, yes and no. :)

I do like it myself, but I don’t think too much about it when I make something. Just like you I work very quickly when the inspiration hits, and this track was very quick for me to finish.

Thanks for your kind words - I very much appreciate it. And if you end up doing a saxophone recording I’ll very much look forward to hearing it.
