Cool music. Very nice minimal backdrop. Kind of a Herbert feel to it when he was working with Dani Siciliano ( I hope that’s not too obscure).
I do like where this was going but the vocals sound a bit forced to me or perhaps it’s the way I’m used to hearing these lyrics. Easy listening none the less. : ) |

Your reference is indeed too obscure, but I love it. Gives me something new to look into. Re: the vocal fit - absolutely there’s a mismatch, because unlike all my other ccmixter tracks I actually created about 70% of the instrumentals before I found the vocals to work with - so it’s pretty much guaranteed there’s going to be issues. Ahh - to have access to a vocalist like this to create original work. :) Thanks for your comment - really appreciate it. |

nice job. visually, it makes me think of a scene in a movie with a rainy cab ride through the streets of NYC. i like how you visually (for me anyways) capture the vocals really well.

Thanks! The image works well for me, actually. Re: the vocal image - I have to admit that was very little to do with me - they are already so incredibly clean to begin with that all I had to do was to make sure I didn’t get in the way too much. :) |

I have heard several times and there is something that attracts me a lot. But I don´t know what.
Yes I know. It´s the job well done and talent. Thanks for this. |

lovely music-as usual! I also like all the creaks and groans-more ghosts? I kind of agree with Teru on the vocals but there achingly close, so close that its easy to hear what it could be if you did have that access you mentioned. Very nice.

Ghosts? Haha - well, not this time. Nope - this is actually a happy song. Yup yup. Re: vocals - great - so we agree. Now, if you could only arrange for a vocalist, I’ll do some noisy stuff and you add all the beautiful bits and we’ll be set! |

Hey - you’re beginning to sound like me. :) Thanks for your note. Again, my day job has been pretty messed up, and I got your comment on my Blackberry just in time to decide to have a second Stella for lunch - because if a positive review isn’t a good reason to have a second beer, then what is? :) |

You know, I have been very busy, have been away, did move aand now I do detect all that stuff that passed by in the last 6 weeks.
I never was a big fan of Amelia-s vocals, so it_s just me. But I like very much the musical background. Could be simply a great instrumental on one of my beloved ambient internet radio stations. |

Not sure how I missed this when it was uploaded, but certainly glad I found it now… there’s a wry mixture of emotional truth and analytical detachment in this remix to me, which makes for a result that lingers long in memory after the final note has died away…
