Then the plan is to start sequencing and arranging them to produce purposeful mixes: Ex: “Bulletproof Beta coffee” A sequence of Theta and Alpha waves that progress into higher-frequency Beta and Gamma waves to help you wake up and smell the coffee. This sequence produces a state of mental focus, clarity, and heightened awareness. Use it in the morning in bed, or while preparing to go to work or school.
